Priorities
Separate the essential first release from needs that can be addressed later, keeping the scope manageable.
The BiKreatif approach
We consider brand strategy, communication and technology within the same framework. Scope, responsibilities and intermediate milestones are clear and open to review.
Our process
A working model that begins with your goal and develops together.
Understand your brand and goals.
Define a roadmap for growth.
Design, develop and put the plan into practice.
Measure, improve and grow together.
Inside the process
We review your audience, current channels and business workflows. For a new brand, we clarify starting priorities; for an existing business, we identify strengths and difficult steps. We discuss the problem the requested content or screens need to solve.
Output: a clear needs summary and priorities.
We organise work, deliverables and dependencies within an explicit scope. Approvals, technical access, data and production preparation are planned at the stages where they are needed. The schedule and responsibilities follow the same roadmap.
Output: scope, responsibilities and a roadmap.
In brand and content work, we review design directions and example applications. In software, we review flows, screens and working features. Production follows the agreed framework, while changes are assessed for their impact on scope and timing.
Output: designs, content or working features.
Communication is reviewed against relevant performance measures; software is reviewed through usability and business scenarios. We explain what a proposed change could improve and turn new needs into a defined next phase.
Output: findings and improvement priorities.

From need to solution
An interface should be clear and useful as well as visually appealing. We review whether people can find information and complete tasks without unnecessary steps, using real questions and scenarios.
The same principle applies to brand communication. An advert should match its landing page, and social content should be consistent with the sales team’s response. We include these relationships in the project plan.
Working together
Separate the essential first release from needs that can be addressed later, keeping the scope manageable.
Define who provides content, design feedback, technical access and data at each stage.
Compare new requests with the current scope and explain their effect on deliverables and timing.
Grow together
Let’s create a practical roadmap for your
brand, digital growth and software needs.
Define the need together.
